Happy Wednesday Guys! It’s already the middle of the week! Tomorrow is the fifteenth which means September will be halfway over!!! I don’t know about you guys, but this is gong waay too quickly for me. I haven’t even gotten a jump start on my Halloween decorations yet. BUT 😉 I have gotten a head start on my Halloween reading. So let’s kick this post off with my current book……
Labyrinth Lost by Zoraida Cordova
This is about a young bruja (witch in spanish) who is coming into her very powerful powers, and hates it. She makes a plan to get rid of said powers and things take a huge turn for the worst when they don’t go as she planned, and not just for her. From the very beginning this story is full of adventure. You won’t find any typical cliche’s in this book.
Guys, this is the first e-book (EVER) that I have not been able to stop reading. And if you know me at all you know that I do not like e-books. Now I’m not gonna spoil the book or the upcoming review but let me just say this. If you haven’t already picked up a copy of this book, DO IIIT. This baby published on the 6th of this month and should be sitting in store shelves today. It’s the perfect read for Halloween. Especially if you have any interest at all in Dia de Los Muertos ❤ (Day of the Dead) or even if you’re interested in a good story about witches.
I’m already three fourths of the way through and I’ll probably finish it today. I definitely plan on getting my own physical copy as well. Agh! I’m so excited to do this review soon.
Let me know in the comments what you’ve picked up for this week and how much you’re loving/hating it.
I just finished reading tell me your dreams by Sidney sheldon. Have you read it? It was amazing. It was so different from what I usually read which is science fiction mostly. I learnt about psychology. It was a great read. Do you suggest any other books similar to it?
I just read the Wikipedia page on the book you mentioned and it sounds good! She has split personality disorder. Unfortunately I don’t have any recommendations as I actually haven’t read any books regarding psychological issues.
But if there are any you can recommend to me, I would love to check them out 🙂
Check it out! It’s great. I guess all the books by Sidney sheldon are psychology related, so I am gonna read them!
I definitely will 🙂 I hope you enjoy the rest of her books!
